We’d been using the same homepage design for a few years, and as Nuuly continued to expand, it became clear we needed an update. Product categories felt compartmentalized and some modules were outdated, creating friction for both prospects and subscribers trying to find what they needed. On the app, most users were already subscribers, so we focused on surfacing key modules and simplifying the experience. We prioritized our top-performing categories and gave each dedicated real estate across web and app. These updates, along with a few additional modular improvements, created a more streamlined browsing experience and ultimately increased product views and closets across both platforms.
